ZI Recruiter is a part of the ZoomInfo Product Suite. The product helps recruiters find and connect with potential candidates.

WHAT is the problem?

Recruiters struggle to identify and target the right candidates who have experience in specific companies and job functions.

WHY is this important?

Because inefficient targeting leads to wasted time, low response rates, irrelevant outreach, and missed opportunities to connect with qualified candidates.

HOW does our solution address this?

An interactive org chart & a comprehensive search that enables recruiters to easily explore companies, identify relevant job functions, and find the right candidates

MY ROLE & Contributions

UX Design Lead for search and company details page; drove discovery and design for the beta launch, resulting in a successful market release.

  1. Led design sprints and produced user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to define key experiences.

  2. Collaborated with engineers, designers, and PMs in an agile process to deliver feedback-driven solutions.

Adoption

  1. 12 new client organizations signed up at launch; target 20% MoM growth in new clients.

  2. 1,200 active org chart users at launch; maintain at least 80% active users per client organization in the first 3 months.

Egagement

  1. ≥70% of active users generate or interact with org charts at least once per week.

  2. Average of ≥2 logins per week per active recruiter.
